Our community is a melting pot of entrepreneurs, scientists, investors, and other professionals who are pioneering or have a profound interest in extending healthy lifespan. We provide a dynamic platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration, aimed at fostering innovation and advancing the field of longevity.
What We Do
We organize monthly events for connection, idea exchange, learning, and networking among professionals in the longevity space. Our activities range from talks, panels, dinners, activities, 0-alcohol wine & spirits tastings, presentations from leading aging researchers. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment to connect the local longevity community.

On November 12, 2025, we hosted a thought-provoking talk with Nina Patrick, PhD, exploring the emerging science on psychedelics and aging at Maze Impact. She examined how these compounds may influence cellular aging, cognitive decline, and neuroplasticity, highlighting what the clinical data supports and where uncertainty remains. The session also explored the tension between ancient therapeutic practices and modern longevity science.It was a rigorous, clear-eyed look at a rapidly evolving field, and a reminder that psychedelics may hold untapped potential for future brain health and resilience.

On October 22, 2025, we hosted a Longevity Wednesdays panel discussion on one of the most powerful levers for extending healthspan: sleep. Forty people attended this edition of our Lisbon-based community gathering, which brings together entrepreneurs, researchers, clinicians, and longevity enthusiasts to exchange knowledge and push the frontier of healthy aging. We hosted an intimate dinner at Gandaia Club on September 25, 2025, bringing together 30 investors, founders, and scientists working across the longevity ecosystem. On May 21, 2025, We hosted an after-work gathering with Miguel Martins, Business Development Manager for Portugal at Freebird Club, an award-winning social impact startup that promotes healthy aging by tackling loneliness among older adults through travel and social connection, and Margarida Quinhones, Executive Director at Pedaling Without Age Portugal, a project that offers free bicycle rides to older adults, helping to reduce isolation while giving them back the city and the “right to feel the wind in their hair.”

On May 7, 2025, Human Garage led an empowering workshop focused on reclaiming our health through self-responsibility. Their approach combined cutting-edge bodywork techniques with a philosophy that put our wellbeing back in our own hands.The team led us through fascial maneuvers, slow, methodical movements that reprogram fascia (the body’s connective tissue network) to release stored tension and traumatic memories. These practices promote emotional and physical wellbeing through a holistic approach to body mechanics.Over 60 people attended, and guests were able to taste MoM’s drinks.

On April 9, 2025, the Longevity Wednesdays team hosted a community screening of the documentary on “the most tested man on earth,” Bryan Johnson: Don’t Die – The Man Who Wants to Live Forever. On March 12, 2025, we hosted a high-energy workshop powered by O.J. Brand Accelerator, bringing together healthtech investors, entrepreneurs, and operators to explore untapped opportunities in the $1T women’s health market. Through a rapid, interactive empathy sprint, participants uncovered key insights and new investment perspectives to address the critical health gap women face.The session concluded with an engaging panel featuring Simone Franke (SheSapiens), Leah Johns (Bain’s Global Consumer Lab), Inês Santos Silva (TejoMed), and Dr. Ekua Yankah (Brands on a Mission).It was a dynamic opportunity to innovate, connect, and drive meaningful change in women’s health.

This first fireside chat was with Joana Costa, medical director @ B-life Clinic, a longevity clinic based in Cascais. The event was hosted in the prestigious location of Palacio Ramalhete, a 5-star hotel in the heart of Lisbon.

Founders Running Club and Longevity Wednesdays hosted a refreshing 5K run along Lisbon's waterfront on Wednesday, November 13th, 2024, from 7:45 AM to 10:15 AM.
